Either the front panel pushbuttons or the rear panel remote control inputs may be used to turn each of the individual channels on and off. The remote inputs require only a simple momentary switch or relay closure to ground to enable or disable a channel.
Each channel has a dedicated front panel gain control.
All active inputs are summed to a common output. All inputs and outputs are balanced, and connections are made via screw-clamp terminal blocks.
The internal expansion buss allows two MX-6 units to be rackmounted and internally connected to form a 12 channel mixer in a single rackspace.
