The advanced video detection circuitry can distinguish between video synchronization pulses and active video content. The threshold level for video detection is internally adjustable for special applications. Audio and video signals can switch independently, or together, depending on the internal DIP switch settings
In Automatic mode, the output signals switch automatically from Main to Standby when the Main input signal is lost for the delay time, which is adjustable from the front panel. The outputs will return to Main when the Main signal is restored.
In Manual mode, input selections are made either locally using the front panel pushbuttons, or by remote control using the connections on the rear panel.
A total of 6 form-C rear panel relay contacts are also provided for external device activation or signal switching, under various conditions.
Loss of power will cause each of the outputs to default to the Main inputs.
